Under the relevant provisions of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), data subjects have the following rights regarding their personal data;

- Request information if personal data has been processed.

You can submit your requests regarding the aforementioned rights using the methods specified in the Data Subject Application Form available at “www.feedback4e.com” Your applications will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. Although no fee is generally required for such requests, if the process incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority. However, if the fee is due to an error by the Company, it will be refunded to the data subject.
