In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and relevant legislation, Feedback4E Yazılım Danışmanlık A.Ş, as the data controller, collects personal data from the relevant person upon request;

Requests and feedback are collected through our website and stored in compliance with the law.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

The transfer of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions regulated by the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law). Your personal data is kept for the purposes specified above and within the conditions outlined in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

Our company will process and respond to the requests free of charge as soon as possible, and no later than thirty days from the receipt of the request, depending on its nature. Responses will be provided in writing or electronically within the legal timeframe. However, if the process incurs additional costs, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
